After you workout your body needs the perfect blend of protein and carbs. Studies show that you only need about 7-10 grams of protein and 45 grams of simple carbs. Sports drinks are slammed full of stuff you don't want. Mi in half a scoop of protein with some coconut water and you will be all set! Make sure you get it within 20 mins of your workout.

Great info. Alex! We all need nutritional information to maximize our time spent on the water. Coconut water is the nectar of the gods, as far as I'm concerned. A handful of nuts/berries also does the trick for protein.
