    Do NOT underestimate the power of Pilates. It's tough (but fun) and a VERY effective core builder. Perfect cross-training for SUP, whether you perform it on a board in the water or in a studio. Every time I do Pilates I feel my abs getting stronger and flatter immediately...big fan!
