World Record Set For Most Surfers To Ride One Board

HUNTINGTON BEACH, California - Over Father's Day Weekend on June 20, 2015 a new Guinness World Record was set for the most people to ride a surfboard at one time.

With 66 people atop of a 42 foot-long board weighing 1,100 pounds, a new record was set as a couple of jet skis towed the surfers into a small wave in Huntington Beach, California. The surfers were able to ride the wave for 12 seconds making it a long-enough ride to score the new record. As expected, the entire ordeal was caught on camera.
