When getting started in stand up paddle boarding there is often nothing better than basic, straight forward and simple instruction on "How To" get started.  Sometimes even the most simple tasks for the experienced paddler are just daunting unknowns to the novice and can even prevent people from getting started in the first place.

 

BIC SUP along with Heliconia Press have taken these truths to heart and together created an incredibly practical and helpful instructional SUP video series to help all of us make the most of our beginning paddle days.
