Largest Hurricane Ever "Patricia" Hitting Mainland Mexico

In just over 48 hours time, Patricia developed from a tropical storm into a category 5 hurricane overnight and just recently has grown even more becoming the "the strongest hurricane on record in the National Hurricane Center's area of responsibility (AOR) which includes the Atlantic and the eastern North Pacific basins," according to a discussion earlier this morning from the National Weather Service Hurricane Center.

Spaniard Xavi Masdevall has had a fantastic European SUP surf champs, taking the win in the Inflatable division. The conditions were near perfect with 3ft - 4ft clean swell peeling off the sand bars at Cantabria in Northern Spain. Xavi was riding the 2016 Red Paddle Co "The Whip" - the 8'10" shape is the latest design innovation to come from the team at Red Paddle Co.
