USA Surfing held the first ever SUP/Paddle board Team Trials & Championships in Oceanside California, and Santa Cruz, California on June 16 and 17. Participation in every age group across all disciplines and in multiple locations led to an extremely competitive and exciting weekend of competition.
After a weekend filled with anticipation and excitement surrounding who would make team USA for the 2017 ISA World SUP and Paddleboard Championships we’re happy to announce the athletes that made the cut.
USA Surfing’s Board of Directors confirmed today the dates for the 2017 USA SUP and Paddleboard Championships and Team Trials: June 16th - 18th, 2017, Oceanside, CA, North Harbor Jetty.
On August 14th and 15th, stand up paddle surfers from southern California converged south of the Oceanside Pier in San Diego, CA for a round of competitive sup’ing, as the sports enthusiasts would put it.
