Supconect Awards Receiving Hundreds of Votes

SAN DIEGO, California -·Did you hear that the 2013 Supconnect SUP Man, SUP Woman and SUP Grom of the Year Awards have started? ·
Supconnect is 10 days into the awards contests and already have received hundreds of votes, however, if you have not voted yet, please vote now for the person you think deserves this title!
Thirty people have been pre-selected by Supconnect in each of three categories for SUP Man, SUP Woman and SUP Grom. ·However, anyone can nominate someone who is not already a part of the original 30 and upon review / approval by Supconnect, may be added to the awards contest.·
Each person may only vote one time, so please carefully consider the nominees and then place your vote.··The awards contest will run from September 1st through October 15, 2013 (just a little over six weeks) and will end at midnight pacific standard time.
Voting will start at zero for every nominee, however the winner will not be exclusively determined by total vote count at the end of the campaign. ·The selection criteria for choosing a winner is multi-faceted and will depend on all four of the following criteria:
Selection Criteria:
1. Ambassadorship: ·Conveying the cheerfulness and inclusiveness characteristic of the sport.
2. Involvement: ·Attending events and gatherings, having a finger on the pulse of the sport.
3. Performance: ·Showing proficiency in the sport, though top results are not a requirement.
4. Support: ·Having a following and votes to show you have some support to validate your credibility.·
