O'Neill's launch of a new bikini line - the superkini - prompted a search for new SUP models. Check out the video below to see what they found in the Netherlands and remember to read about SUP in The Netherlands.
AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - To promote their new bikini line, the Superkini, O’Neill launched the One Way Runway campaign to search for a model that would represent the active lifestyle the Superkini embodies.
Not just any bikini, the superkini is a technically advanced swimwear made with a revolutionary new material (O’Neill is calling it NANOFRONT) that has 200% more grip than the standard lycra and even greater frictional force when wet. This allows for a vast reduction in bikini slippage while stand up paddling or surfing.
Back in May, O’Neill began their search for their new Superkini model by setting up a SUP through Amsterdam event. Over 20 girls participated in the event which had them paddle through the canals while onlookers tried to figure out what exactly was going on as one is more likely to see a car floating in the Prinsengracht than a pack of bikini clad aspiring models. It looks like the girls had a lot of fun paddling the canals of this city and they sure turned a lot of heads.
Have you tried to SUP in the superkini yet?
