Anthony Vela is a Stand up Paddle (SUP) racer from California. He is a strong waterman, with an ocean lifeguard background and competes often. He recently won the elite class of the 2011 Carolina Cup as well as the 3-man at the Catalina Challenge with Rob Rojas and Tom Gallagher. Should he be SUP man of the year 2011?
