SAN DIEGO, California - If Starboard SUP athlete Connor Baxter isn't a familiar name in your vocabulary already, prepare yourself because it should be. As the 2014 Stand Up World Series World Champion, Connor has a ton of momentum going into the 2015 season. With 3 out of 5 wins on the Stand Up World Series in 2014, twenty-one year old Connor Baxter was crowned 2014 Champion.
Starting the year off in great form with a win at the first event in Brazil, the young Maui-born rider followed that up with a win in Germany and then at Huntington Beach where he secured the Championship with one event to spare.

His unique paddling technique is now named after him – “The Connor Baxter Choke Stroke” and people worldwide have adapted to his style of paddling.
