Paddle Boarders Complete 40 Mile Crossing Of Lake Geneva

Steeve Fleury and Robert Etienne went on a inspiring SUP expedition Saturday June 13th 2015. They crossed the line of the Bol d’Or with some 500 sailboats to make through an epic day on lake Léman, marked by many challenges. Read more about the expedition here.

Stand Up World Tour And World Series Brazil Event Cancelled For 2015

After the postponement of the Grand Slam event back in March, it was with great disappointment that the Waterman League announced the cancellation of this year’s Stand Up World Series and World Tour stop in Brazil, citing another request for postponement late in the day, leaving them no choice but to cancel for 2015.

Starboard SUP Tests New Wavepark, Surf Snowdonia

Before opening its doors to the public on August 1, 2015, Surf Snowdonia opened its doors to the Starboard SUP team to test out the manmade wave park. The Starboard SUP team went to the park to test its feasibility for SUP and to see what the local area had to offer.

The Stand Up Paddle Industry Association (SUPIA) has recently announced the dates and opened registration for their annual 2015 SUPIA SUMMIT. SUPIA is the trade organization that handles all businesses of stand up paddle boarding.
