From rivers to the sea, racing and surfing, Mo Freitas traveled the waterways and oceans in Japan for three weeks in September experiencing Japan in all its glory. While in Japan Mo competed in a few events, took home a victory and memories to last a lifetime. Mo just released an edit from his time in Japan, take a look at it in the video below.

Starboard and Werner Paddles athlete Fiona Wylde is an amazing multi-sport athlete excelling in not only stand up paddle surfing and racing but she’s also an incredibly talented wind surfer as well.
On Black Friday 2015 REI closed their doors in hopes of inspiring people to go outside. A group a friends inspired by this message set out to have an epic day of adventure in Central Oregon and create a short film documenting the journey. These guys went paddle boarding on their Pau Hana SUPs, skiing, and mountain biking in the middle of a beautiful snowy winter in Bend, Oregon.

In what can be seen as a very dangerous encounter that could have ended in disaster, one paddle boarder now has the story of a lifetime. While paddling in the waters of Santa Cruz, California, one paddler almost got swallowed (literally) by a humpback whale. Eric Garcia, who captured the video of the encounter describes in detail what happened on the morning of November 24, 2015.
