Hurry, there are only a few days left to vote for the man you believe deserves to be the Supconnect SUP man of the Year for 2012. ·The voting portion of this contest will end on August 31st at midnight pacific standard time.
Voting Ends August 31st, VOTE FOR SUP MAN OF THE YEAR HERE:
SAN DIEGO, California - Hurry, there are only a few days left to vote for the man you believe deserves to be the Supconnect SUP man of the Year for 2012. The voting portion of this contest will end on August 31st at midnight pacific standard time. However, please remember that all of the final winners in the Supconnect Awards are chosen based upon the voting and 3 other criteria which are shared below.
The Supconnect Grom (Kid) of the Year Open Nominations of the Supconnect Awards will also end on the last day of August, 2012 at midnight pacific standard time. However, the grom competition will not end there. The final round of the Sup Grom of the Year Awards will run throughout the entire month of September. The top 5 vote receivers from the open nominations will automatically move on to the final and they will be joined by some pre-seeded groms and others who will be hand selected for the final month of voting.
Also, the month of September will mark the launch of the Supconnect SUP Woman of the Year Awards. The open nominations for SUP Woman of the Year will run during the entire month of September followed by the final voting phase in the month of October.
It is literally now or never to get in your opinions as to who should have the titles this year, so vote now and make it count! VOTE FOR SUP MAN OF THE YEAR HERE.

2012 Supconnect Award Winner Selection Criteria:
The public vote count is very important but all final contest winners are chosen based on all of the following criteria.
1. Ambassadorship: Conveying the cheerfulness and inclusiveness characteristic of the sport.
2. Involvement: Attending events and gatherings, having a finger on the pulse of the sport.
3. Performance: Showing proficiency in the sport, though top results are not a requirement.
4. Support: Having a following and votes to show you have some support to validate your credibility.
