NORTHERN BAJA, Mexico - Perks of being a professional surfer? Getting to travel the world and follow fun swells is on the list for sure. Back in February, Sean Poynter snuck a quick trip down to Baja to surf perfect waves without the crowds of So-Cal.
"This was, as said in the title, a day and a half in Northern Baja Mexico," said Sean. "Tyler Callaway, Chris Kelly, and I drove down during one of the early little summer swells and ventured around getting a couple waves, and along with it some epic lobster tails. Mmm. The main surfing in the video comes from K-38's where Tyler and I were trading off waves with the crowd. It was a lot of fun. I was riding Starboard's 2015 7'4" x 25.5" with the FCS 11 Performer's set up as thruster."
Check out the video and take notes as Sean is one of the best SUP surfers out there!
