Surftech's Saber SUP wins Gear of the Year in Outside Magazine
CARLSBAD, California - Surftech, the original board manufacturing company, is proud to announce that the Saber model stand up paddle board has just earned Outside Magazine’s Gear of the Year Award for Summer 2015.
“You won’t find a better finer board for the money,” writes Mark Anders in the magazine’s review. He also referred to the Saber as the most well rounded SUP on the market and gave it high marks for its stability and glide.
The Saber is one of the flagship-touring models of the 2015 lineup for Surftech and has been one of the most in demand boards in their lineup. Designed and built using Surftech’s proprietary fused cell foam for its core and AST composite lamination, the Saber is both light and extremely durable. The race inspired shape gives the board an unmatched glide and stability in the water regardless of the conditions.
