SUP Yoga is a popular yoga-fitness fusion involving practicing a yoga routine on a paddle board while floating on water. The wind and constant motion of the water only add to the intensity. 2. 2020 Virtual Standup for The Cure Receives Global Support

Each year, the Standup for the Cure (SUFTC) live events attract thousands of participants nationwide in support of the mission to build community, promote an active, healthy lifestyle, and save lives through early breast cancer detection, treatment, and education. However, the three main fundraising events for the year were canceled due to the concerns of COVID-19. Despite the disruptions and challenges brought on with the virus, it did not stop the community from participating in a virtual SUFTC event, nor keep anyone from supporting the mission. 1. Swedish Paddler Paddles 2300km Through Sweden
