After this process, we also bring in another layer of 6 oz. fiberglass on top and bottom, as well as an extra layer of 6 oz. fiberglass underneath the deck pad area to prevent it being sunken over time; we also reinforce the nose, tail, and rail areas with extra layers of fiberglass to protect the board.
