Starboard Announces Race Gear Rental Program

Looking for a Starboard board to race on the weekends? The solution is here! Starboard is teaming up with Union Paddlers and Sports Camps to elevate SUP racing by providing rental SUP racing boards and paddles at Euro Tour and ICF events. This will enable amateur and professional athletes to have easy access to high-quality equipment and travel with greater ease. Additionally, Union Paddlers will be offering clinics and training camps with Starboard’s Dream Team to maximize your racing potential.

You can now have access to the best equipment on the market and gain new knowledge and skill sets from our world-champion Dream Team riders. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thanks to Union Paddlers and Sports Camps for pushing the racing side of SUP and making this happen.

Who are Union Paddlers and Sports Camps?

Union Paddlers and Sports Camps are the official partners of the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and are authorized to provide all types of boats and stand-up paddle boards to competitors in the upcoming World Cups and World Championship events.

"Our long-term goal is to make life easier for paddlers and their coaches. If we can take away the worry about what happens off the water, it will translate into better competition results. In 2023, we are partnering with Starboard to offer board rental at ICF and Euro Tour events, as well as organizing training camps and clinics. Union Paddlers' goal is to make a platform that connects paddlers with training camps, clinics, and rental solutions. This venture aims to make the sport of paddling more accessible and easier to participate in by providing paddlers with a range of options for training and competition. Through our solutions and partnerships with event organizers, we offer paddlers opportunities to participate in various events and camps regardless of their skill level or location. The goal is to not only promote the sport of SUP racing but also to foster a sense of community and collaboration among paddlers and develop the sport itself.”
