SANTA CRUZ, California - Slater Trout (Boardworks) and Morgan Hoesterey (Surftech) have won the Elite men and women's race at the Surftech Shootout in Santa Cruz. This makes it two for two for Trout, who took the Huntington Beach SUP Tour Race last weekened. We'll have more results for you as the event unfolds.
