Only 2023 ICF SUP World Cup event in Europe to be Agios Nikolaos on SUP

AGIOS NIKOLAOS, Crete, Greece - Agios Nikolaos, a breathtaking destination nestled in the heart of Crete, is set to become the ultimate hub for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) enthusiasts this summer. With its crystal-clear waters and stunning beaches, Agios Nikolaos offers the perfect backdrop for the Agios Nikoloas on SUP - National Panhellenic SUP Championship, an adrenaline-fueled event that promises excitement and unforgettable memories.

This prestigious event, taking place from July 7th to July 9th, will be the only ICF SUP World Cup in Europe for 2023. Participants from around the globe will gather to compete in races designed for junior, masters, and elite athletes, with open categories allowing paddlers of all levels to join in the action. With a fantastic atmosphere and a chance to meet fellow SUP enthusiasts, the event promises an experience like no other.

Highlights of the AGIOS NIKOLAOS ON SUP - ICF SUP WORLD CUP 2023 - NATIONAL PANHELLENIC SUP CHAMPIONSHIP include:

• 9.000€ Prize Money: Participants will have the opportunity to compete for a share of the prize money, with awards of 3000€ for the Long Distance race, 3000€ for the Technical race, and
• 3000€ for the Sprint race.
• Ranking Points: This event offers extra incentive by providing ranking points for the 2023 world championships.

• National Championships: For Greek athletes, the event will also serve as the National Long Distance Championship and the National Juniors Sprint & Technical Championship 2023.
