Mike Eisert is a beloved figure in the SUP community, having a passion for passing paddlesports traditions, lifestyle, and culture on to the next generation. For the last decade, he has been coaching young SUP athletes at The Paddle Academy in Dana Point.
Mike was diagnosed with Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma in mid June, and he is currently undergoing cancer treatment at the City of Hope hospital. A long road of treatment and recovery is ahead, but Mike knows a thing or two about finishing a long race strong. Support for offsetting his growing medical and living expenses will be a major source of relief and encouragement to Mike.
Even from the hospital, Coach Mike continues to look out for his junior athletes. After years of giving so much of his time, support, and friendship, Mike is well deserving of our care! Please donate today, and know that any and every contribution is appreciated. Click HERE to support!
